X E S We Can't Go BackWard by Glamour Magz

Hands up if you've ever heard of an intrauterine device? Believe it or not, there are 15 different methods of contraception, some of which will probably sound more familiar than others. While you've more than likely heard of contraceptive methods such as the combined pill, others - like the slightly scary sounding IUD - still sound like they're reserved for a doctor's vocabulary.

That's why sexual health charities FPA and Brook are launching the XES We Can't Go Backwards campaign, to tackle the inaccessibility of the full range of contraception options across the UK. After all, contraceptive choice is a woman's right and, with many sexual health and contraception services closing or operating under reduced opening times, it's no surprise women everywhere are finding themselves stumped when it comes to their contraceptive options.

As part of the XES campaign, GLAMOUR is giving readers the opportunity to ask anything about contraception and have their questions answered by experts in the field - or just tell us about your own experiences - all completely anonymously. Are you happy with like the contraception you're using? How long do you spend on choosing your contraception? Have you ever had problems getting hold of contraception? We want to hear from you!
