Lol... Hoh...i know that there is something wrong for my break disc..as i've experiende it with my waja.. Now have to dig a hole to pay RM490 for the break disc... Has told my mechanic - last 2 months, that he have to change my break...but i didn't specific for break disc.. Ye la mechanic mesti tahu semua kan..... Huh, katanya kereta x da problem!
Ni baru jer balik dr The Garden, bunyinya bila break so scarrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyy :{ dah agak dah mesti break disc..doa-doa jer masa bawak keta, tak ler disc tu...sebab dah experience benda yg sama kat keta waja jadi kita tahu lah apa nak buat...tak speeding masa driving...berhati-hati sungguh sambil mengucap panjang....hohoho...oh Ya Allah!
Plan hari ni nak potong rambut, nak colour rambut semuanya tak menjadi....dah tak de F.U.L.U.S lagi ler...nasib baik jugak tadi tak menghabiskan duit kat NiNe West..kalau tak..terpaksala menebalkan muka minta hubby bayar...
Oh Ya Allah ampunkan lah dosa hamba-Mu ini...Murahkanlah rezekiku, mengalir deras tak putus-putus, tak henti-henti...berikanlah kebahagian dan rahmat-Mu wahai Yang Maha Esa ke atas diriku, suamiku, kedua-dua anakandaku, kedua orang tuaku dan adik-beradikku...Amin....

Beli rumah - guna duit KWSP
Bagaimana mengeluarkan caruman KWSP
KWSP Withdrawal
Jika anda sedang merancang untuk membeli rumah, pasti anda sedang mencongak-congak baki Kumpulan Wang Simpanan pekerja (KWSP). Untuk makluman anda, setiap caruman yang dibuat oleh anda dan majikan 30% dari jumlah itu akan di bahagikan pada Akaun II.
Anda boleh mengeluarkan simpanan Akaun II sahaja untuk membiayai pembelian sebuah rumah secara individu atau secara bersama dengan ahli keluarga terdekat (ibu, bapa, suami,isteri, adik-beradik atau pun anak-anak).
Tidak kiralah anda ingin membeli rumah terus dari pemaju atau dari individu anda boleh menggunakan jumlah baki akaun II anda untuk dijadikan “downpayment”. Bukan itu saja, anda juga boleh mengeluarkan wang KWSP ini untuk pembelian rumah lelong.
Jadi apakah syarat-syaratnya? Jika anda sedang merancang untuk membeli sebuah rumah kediaman jenis bungalow, teres, berkembar, apartment, kondominium, studio apartment, servis apartment, townhouse atau soho anda layak untuk memohon pengelauran wang KWSP.
KWSP-Process
Untuk pengeluaran wang KWSP, anda harus memastikan dahulu baki akaun 2 anda. Matlamat sebenar untuk mengeluarkan wang KWSP adalah untuk membayar baki belian rumah. Sebagai contoh jika pinjaman rumah anda hanya 90% dari harga rumah, baki Akaun II anda mesti mencukupi atau lebih. Jika tidak anda kenalah tambah sendiri. Selain itu KWSP juga boleh dikeluarkan untuk membayar bill guaman dan pengurusan pemindahan hak milik.
Mengikut perbincangan saya dengan pegawai KWSP baru-baru ini, selain dari pengeluaran pertama anda juga boleh membuat pengeluaran kedua untuk menyelesaikan baki pinjaman. Para pencarum boleh memohon untuk mengeluarkan wang KWSP untuk membayar baki pinjaman sekali pada setiap tiga tahun.
Selain itu berita baik pada pencarum KWSP. Bermula pada 1 januari 2008, setiap ahli KWSP yang memiliki pinjaman perumahan boleh mengeluarkan wang didalam Akaun II untuk tujuan bayaran bulanan baki pinjaman perumahan. Had pengeluaran minima bulanan yang dibenarkan ialah RM100.

Siapakah yang tidak layak untuk mengeluarkan wang KWSP? mereka adalah;
- Membeli tanah atau lot tapak bungalow.

- Pemilikan harta tidak melalui transaksi jual beli.
- Mengambil pinjaman berbentuk Overdraf.
- Membeli rumah ketiga.

Bagaimana mengeluarkan caruman KWSP
KWSP Withdrawal
Jika anda sedang merancang untuk membeli rumah, pasti anda sedang mencongak-congak baki Kumpulan Wang Simpanan pekerja (KWSP). Untuk makluman anda, setiap caruman yang dibuat oleh anda dan majikan 30% dari jumlah itu akan di bahagikan pada Akaun II.
Anda boleh mengeluarkan simpanan Akaun II sahaja untuk membiayai pembelian sebuah rumah secara individu atau secara bersama dengan ahli keluarga terdekat (ibu, bapa, suami,isteri, adik-beradik atau pun anak-anak).
Tidak kiralah anda ingin membeli rumah terus dari pemaju atau dari individu anda boleh menggunakan jumlah baki akaun II anda untuk dijadikan “downpayment”. Bukan itu saja, anda juga boleh mengeluarkan wang KWSP ini untuk pembelian rumah lelong.
Jadi apakah syarat-syaratnya? Jika anda sedang merancang untuk membeli sebuah rumah kediaman jenis bungalow, teres, berkembar, apartment, kondominium, studio apartment, servis apartment, townhouse atau soho anda layak untuk memohon pengelauran wang KWSP.
KWSP-Process
Untuk pengeluaran wang KWSP, anda harus memastikan dahulu baki akaun 2 anda. Matlamat sebenar untuk mengeluarkan wang KWSP adalah untuk membayar baki belian rumah. Sebagai contoh jika pinjaman rumah anda hanya 90% dari harga rumah, baki Akaun II anda mesti mencukupi atau lebih. Jika tidak anda kenalah tambah sendiri. Selain itu KWSP juga boleh dikeluarkan untuk membayar bill guaman dan pengurusan pemindahan hak milik.
Mengikut perbincangan saya dengan pegawai KWSP baru-baru ini, selain dari pengeluaran pertama anda juga boleh membuat pengeluaran kedua untuk menyelesaikan baki pinjaman. Para pencarum boleh memohon untuk mengeluarkan wang KWSP untuk membayar baki pinjaman sekali pada setiap tiga tahun.
Selain itu berita baik pada pencarum KWSP. Bermula pada 1 januari 2008, setiap ahli KWSP yang memiliki pinjaman perumahan boleh mengeluarkan wang didalam Akaun II untuk tujuan bayaran bulanan baki pinjaman perumahan. Had pengeluaran minima bulanan yang dibenarkan ialah RM100.

For Individual Buyers:
A bank draft/cashier's order equivalent to 5% or 10% of the fixed reserve price payable to respective bank, as stated in POS*
Identification card (I/C) together with a photocopy of I/C (both sides)
An authorisation/nomination letter (if you are bidding for someone's behalf)
Additional funds to pay difference between reserve price and successful bid price. (5% or 10% of the successful/additional bid price)
For Company buyers:
Company M&A (Certified true copy by Company Secretary)
Form 24 (Certified true copy by Company Secretary)
Form 49 (Certified true copy by Company Secretary)
Letter of authorization (with Letterhead and Company Stamp, signed by at least 1 Director)
Photocopy I/C of Directors
Identification card (I/C) together with photocopies of I/C (both sides) of person being authorised to bid for identification and registration purposes

Unprepared and inattentiveness during call bids will make you lose a probable opportunity.

It is important to listen to the auction proceeding very carefully to avoid unawareness.
Observe the details provided are correct in the Contract of Sale before endorsement.

Part Time Job: Clinical Study Voluteer @ Hospital Ampang
Job Description
We are a Phase I and BA/BE Clinical Research Unit under JV from MOH and Veeda Clinical Research, who involved in medicine/drug development. We are based in Hospital Ampang, and are running clinical studies where we need study volunteers to join us as part of the study. A study volunteer in our study will receive the treatment/medicine and being evaluated for the effects/values by our trained medical professioners such as Doctors/Pharmacies or Nurses. Your participation is so important to contribute in medical sciences development and community in order to combat diseases. Without study volunteers, there is no way a new medicine can be developed/registered and marketed.
Being a study volunteers you will receive a free medical check up, learn about clinical research, contribute to medical sciences, and a reimbursement fee of around RM150.00 – RM250.00 per day as a compensation of your time and inconveniences.
How to Apply
In order to join our study, you have to register into out data bank. To register, you need to present at our unit at level 7 Hospital Ampang during Mon – Fri 9.00am – 4.00pm. The registration takes about 20 mins including explanation of our units, recording your details (name, weight, BMI etc) and deposit them into our Volunteer Data Bank. A RM40.00 will be reimbursed as a compensation of your time upon complete registration.
After you done registration, your details will be considered by us to whether fit our criterials for studies or not. We have all sorts of different studies that required different criterials. So please do not worry about whether you are qualified in our current study as you may qualified for next studies. Also, registration doesn’t meant that you must join our studies as this is volunteering and you may reject anytime. So just bring all your friends to register and at the same time to learn more about us.

Ghana : Aliu Mahama's final journey home
The body of the late former Vice-President of Ghana, Alhaji Aliu Mahama is being conveyed to his birth place Tamale in the Northern Region for burial.
The body was airlifted from the Airforce Base in Accra.
The deceased's family objected to initial plans to bury him beside the late former president, John Evans Atta Mills in Accra at the Asomdwee Park.
Television pictures showed a simple grave dug in accordance with Islamic traditions in Tamale.
Early Sunday morning, the body of the late former vice president was laid at the State House to enable some selected dignitaries pay their last respect.
Prayers were also held for him at the Black Star Square in Accra during a short funeral ceremony.
His son Farouk Mahama, accompanied by some of his siblings, delivered a tribute saying: "Our late father was a special father...he insisted we do the right thing..."
"Alhaji Aliu Mahama, may the almighty Allah give you eternal rest..."
Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Akufo-Addo in a tribute delivered on behalf of the party, said: the NPP has lost a hardworking activist.
"I had my last conversation with him 2 weeks ago in Tamale", he recalled and stated that the former vice president can only rest in peace if full peace and reconciliation in Dagbon was achieved.
"Ghana has lost a patriot and a dignified national, Dagbon has lost its most illustrious son. May the almighty Allah grant him eternal rest."
Former President John Agyekum Kufuor in his tribute said Aliu Mahama “was not only my Vice President but my brother…We grew closer together and our families became close”.
My family shares deeply in the pain his demise has caused, he was the best veep any president would ever want to have, Mr Kufuor said and noted that throughout his eight-year rule, he and the late veep had no notable disagreements.

Cornrow - ooOooOuchhh so painful
Ooohhhhhh My Godddddd! Did you know that it was so painful to do this hairstyle as our scalp is so soft. Its was done by my hairstyle Umu! Nice yet painful! Hubby said " I looked so sweet with this style" Emmm, really? It only can last long for 3 days and i've to removed due to uncomfortablenest and so dificult to sleep . Hehe, he thought I would wear this hair for a month at least. Oh sorry dear, I can't!
